how to make a bottle rocket

How to make a bottle rocket? Well you it is hard all you need use is a cup and eno and vinegar

then had wigs on your bottle cut them out of a ice lid and mix eno and vinegar together in the cup quickly because it will bubble up or it will go up the sky like on the 4th of july.
